JOB OVERVIEW

Our US-based Credit Repair Company is looking for a very passionate and committed Customer Service/Sales Representative who will handle all client contact information received through telephone/mail, resolve inquiries, follow up with clients on issues related to post-sale service and also pitch to close sales.

Salary: $450 per month (plus 4% commission for every sale/s closed & additional commission for every completed client)

Main Responsibilities
1. Handles all customer inquiries by telephone/mail regarding the terms and processes of our credit repair services and other relevant duties to provide customer satisfaction
2. Documents improvement opportunities and responses, and maintains appropriate records with utmost confidentiality and integrity
3. Contacts the client to resolve routine matters
4. Uses established protocols for handling claims
5. Onboarding of newly signed-up clients
6. Collects customer feedback once services have been delivered
7. Offer credit repair services to clients to close sales (hit sales target)

Qualifications:
-Experience in CSR/Sales is a must (Experience in a credit repair company is a huge advantage)
-Must be flexible
-Diligent and detail-oriented
-Well organized and has a positive mindset
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Has an excessive amount of patience and a positive attitude
-Must be a fast-learner

Non-Negotiable Qualifications:
-Inbound and outbound CSR/sales call experience
-Stable main and back-up internet connections and power source
-Receptive to feedback and growth oriented
-Good team player with strong work ethics
