Website Built for Amazon Product reviews

I need a basic and user friendly website built that will allow Amazon Sellers to post their products to either give away or at a highly discounted rate. Then the "buyers" or reviewers shop the website. Once the sellers approve the purchase then the buyer/reviewer will receive the discount code. I can provide examples
