We are looking for a candidate with exceptional attention to detail. Though this is not a traditional accounting job, we would prefer a candidate with an active CPA license, or at least a degree in accounting or other business/economics/financial field where you have some knowledge and experience with accounting concepts. You should also read, write, and speak English very well since you will be talking to businesses on the phone regularly. This position will require some overlap with US business hours and will require you to make phone calls to our suppliers in the US. You will need to make and receive calls using your computer (we will provide you with the accounts required to do this), but you MUST be able to work a few hours each week during normal US business hours (Eastern Time), preferably, this would mean being available for at least 2 hours, twice a week.
For our full-time employees in the Philippines, we offer unlimited paid vacation/sick/holiday time (just make sure your work gets done), 13th month, annual salary adjustments, and we pay the employer contributions for PPP, PhiHealth, and HDMF, which you will receive once you are a full-time employee. All of our workers are salaried employees and we do not utilize time cards or track hours. If you are invited to interview for this position, you will be asked for the job
