Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and resourceful virtual assistant to join our team. Working remotely, you will be taking in calls and writing notes to document pertinent information. The VA will be primarily responsible for updating the client’s CRM and organizing their nutrition recommendations/blogs with certain diagnoses. For this position, a Nursing background and great communication skills is required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and take notes of the messages and the caller’s personal information
Manage filing systems, update records on CRM
Organize nutrition recommendations
Update Social Media contents/ Blog Posts/ Social Media Posts
Other admin peripheral duties

Requirements and Qualifications:

With a Nursing background or equivalent
Excellent English Grammar and Speaking Skills
With experience in handling inbound calls
Experience Using CRM
With recent experience in working in graveyard shifts
With stable internet access and backup
