Marketing Specialist For Australian Accountancy Firm (REMOTE WFH)

TMS Financial is looking for a full-time enthusiastic and talented Marketing Specialist. Our firm works directly with small & medium business owners and property investors based in Australia. Your working hours will be 9 am - 6 pm Monday to Friday (Sydney time). This is a Full Time - Work From Home position.



The opportunity is ideal for someone who moves and learns fast, can handle changing course often, and brings a lot of heart and soul to their work - because that's how we work, too! We love and appreciate the entrepreneurial spirit and welcome new ideas, but an excellent fit for this position is someone who would instead check off a list of tasks. We need a doer who takes pride in flawless marketing execution.



Skills and experience we'd like you to bring include:



· Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You're a good writer with a bit of experience in marketing copy, such as newsletters, social media posts, and guest blogging. Applicants with editing or proofreading skills will be put on top of the pile.



· Attention to detail & finishing a project on time, done well. Our team struggles with details, so we really need you to excel in this area.



· Ability to implement new marketing strategies and lead the project until it's completed.



· Familiarity with building communities on YouTube, Facebook, and Google. If you have any experience setting up and optimizing ads on these platforms, your application will also be put on top of the pile.



· Ability to use WordPress to format blog posts and possibly do some basic website editing/updating. Let us know if you have any experience with keyword research and backlinking.



· Reporting to Management. Do you have the skills to track all our marketing campaigns, manage our dashboards for our key performance indicators and provide transparent, updated reporting.

· You enjoy working independently and have a solid ability to figure something new out on your own –AND also recognize when you need to ask questions to keep a project moving
