Leasing Associate

This position requires a variety of routines from gathering leads, communicating and scanning future tenants and updating customer records based on interactions and property ---------- velop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving services.

This position requires great organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields

Ability to build rapport with people
Ability to prioritize
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong project management skills
Excellent communication skills.
Experience with Buildium or property management is a plus.
