Our well established eCommerce company is seeking to add 10-15 individuals to our Customer Service Department.

Pay will start at $4.00/hr

Customer Service:
-answering emails, chats, phone related
-assisting with order changes, cancellation and returns

All reps will go through a training course, lasting anywhere from 1-month to 6-month time, depending on reps own learning speed. Salary is self earned. You are paid during training, with salary increase base on performance

Currently we have 3 open shifts

Monday - Friday, off weekend
A) 12 pm - 9 pm Pacific Standard Time
B) 7 am - 4 pm Pacific Standard Time

Sunday - Wednesday, Off Thursday & Friday
C) 8 am - 5 pm Pacific Standard Time
