English speaking Customer Service for Australia, New Zealand and UK

Our goal is to deliver an excellent 24/7 customer service. For that reason, we are looking for a highly capable customer support person that is willing to deliver customer support in the Australian, New Zealand and UK markets.

Your responsibilities:
Respond to support queries via phone, email and chat
Help existing and prospective customers by providing them timely and accurate information about Holidog Services
Excellent oral communication and written skills to help our customers
Excellent internet connection
Passionate about pets
Identifying client needs and consulting them on Holidog services
Reviewing and reporting customer feedback to managers
Actively contributing to customer service development
Additional tasks will depend on preferences (potential) and skills

Your Background and Skills:
Ideally you have knowledge of basic principles and practices of sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Effective negotiation skills to create an impact on the company’s performance
Positive attitude and willingness to learn new concepts
Attention to detail
Availability from Monday to Friday from 7am-3pm(UTC+8)
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines
Fluency in English is mandatory, other languages are desirable
