Virtual Pile Engineering Support

Our helical pile contracting business is seeking a detail oriented virtual assistant with strong background pile and foundation engineering. The successful candidate will support our estimating and sales team by conducting preliminary reviews of customers' construction drawings to highlight the information pertinent to piles. They will, using our internal tools and universal engineering principles for helical piles, review customers' structural and geotechnical details and determine the most efficient helical pile design to satisfy the project. They will prepare a detailed package for our estimating team which makes it easy for them to create accurate ---------- short, we are looking for a strong technician who can work behind the scenes to support our estimating team to provide efficient and timely estimates to our valued customers.

The following experience would be an asset: structural engineering, geotechnical engineering, Sketch-Up or other CAD style experience.

The following experience is required: Strong in reading and writing in English with extensive experience reviewing construction drawings and a general engineering background as it relates to structures.

We will also be requiring that the successful candidate work a minimum of 6 hours a day during hours when our team is in the office. We are located in Winnipeg, MB Canada which is Central Standard Time.
