Sales & Customer service representative

Cogniview is the #1 provider of PDF to Excel conversion software, our main product is PDF2XL that used by over 20,000 companies and by 90% of the fortune 100 companies.

We would like to recruit additional employee to our sales and marketing department.

Cogniview is looking for an experienced, energetic, team-oriented, highly organized Customer Service Representative.

Duties include high volume telephone contact with customers and vendors, order entry, processing purchase orders, delivery coordination, and complaint resolution and provide support for sales staff and pricing.

Must be fluent in English, have strong computer skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office. Minimum 1 years experience in customer service. Associates or Bachelor's degree a plus. This is a full time position with company benefits.

Applicant must meet all technical requirements. This includes the computer, internet, phone, headsets and home office requirements.

Working Hours: 4 days a week Tuesday-Friday 7pm-5am (Philippines time)
