This is Nate Ginsburg I'm recruiting for my business parter Dana who you can read about below :)

My name is Dana Lindahl and I am a serial entrepreneur. I'm the founder of Legendary Podcasts where we help our customers to get booked onto top podcasts, participate in podcast tours as well help them to produce their own podcasts. To learn more about me (and get an idea about my values and whether we synergize with each other) please do some research and reading online.

We are getting ready to scale our agency and looking for a rockstar Inbound Sales Development to join us.

I’m looking for an experienced Inbound Sales rep to join our team. We have a great sales process in place and we are getting A LOT of discovery calls booked. As much as 5x discovery calls a day. Currently I am managing these calls Upgrade to see actual info’s taking up too much of my time hence looking to hire YOU to come in to support.

Our sales process involves an introductory discovery call, and then a follow up sales call. I’m looking for someone to come in to first handle the first discovery call. If it goes well and you are doing a good job this role could grow into handling the sales calls as well.

The vision for this role is for you to be able to come in to take these discovery calls off my plate. And move the prospects onto the sales calls. Which for now I will still handle.

This is a BIG OPPORTUNITY to get in with a fast growing premier podcast PR agency. So I’m looking for a true A player that can excel at taking care of our clients.

I am looking for someone who is an amazing communicator, detail-oriented, takes initiative, experienced, process driven and invested in continuous learning and growth.

Our agency is getting ready to SCALE. We have aggressive and exciting growth plans. That are already in the works. We are onboarding 3+ accounts a month without even really pushing our own sales/marketing.

This is a rocketship and the missing piece to allow us to reachout potential is YOU.

We have very high expectations for this role and will hold you to high standards. So please only apply if you are looking for an environment where you will be challenged (and supported) to become your absolute best in service to our clients and business vision and mission.

Our budget for this role starts from $10/hr depending on your experience and what you bring to the table. With further upside as the business continues to scale. With some bonuses for successfully moving the prospects forward towards the final sales call.

Like mentioned we have a great lead gen process so you will just have to be available to handle the booked calls in your calendar.

Most of our current team is based in US time zones. So it’s preferred if you are in a similar time zone or can commit to working around the US time zone schedule.

I am happy to pay for quality as long as we get results. But looking for someone who will come in and demonstrate value first before asking for a huge salary.
