The job scope:

In this role, you are required to be an online counsellor, mental health consultant or wellness coach taking care of our clients. You are also required to take care of our online community on Facebook, hence you must enjoy interacting with our members on social media. Your job also requires you to build good relationships with our clients who are members of our wellness and healing program.

You should be:

- A counsellor, therapist or social worker
- Trained in Psychology, mental health or social work
- Able to converse well and demonstrate care to our wellness programme members
- Able to conduct basic online assessments or interviews with our members
- Able to email or message clients in a polite and empathetic manner
- Comfortable speaking and engaging with our international clients in English
- Good spoken English
- Keen on spirituality, wellness and healing
- Out-going, fun with positive mindset

Your job requirements:

- Assisting and updating the company director and clinical supervisor on cases (online assessment and interviews)
- Managing the community Facebook page
- Engaging with our community members in our Facebook group
- Answering questions from our clients and community members
- Attending to clients with follow-up calls and messages
- Conducting wellness check on clients with emails, calls or messages
- Being aware of client's issues and progress
- Conduct simple and brief coaching to motivate clients
- Responding to clients who need support
