Design professional websites, based only on wordpress templates and builders

I am willing to find additional pair of hands for myself and a web agency, which focuses on WP website design for non-English speaking people.

I need a person who is more a web builders designer than a developer, to work with various templates and builders (mostly Elementor and WPbakery) in a clean, professional way.

For that person, I will provide a new web design template installed on our web server, a link to the old website, and sometimes a new sitemap.

The task is to translate for yourself and understand old website idea, services, texts and rebuild it with the new template in a professional, elegant way, copy content from the old to a new website during the maximum 7 days ---------- development, coding, installing is required, but optional. Priority for a good-looking, clean builders-based website.
