Senior Accounting Specialist (Virtual)

We are a 40-year-old retail company based in Sydney Australia. We operate a number of retail stores in Greater Sydney. We have over 120 staff and are family operated and owned family company.
To support our Growing business we are seeking a self-motivated high work ethic individual who is able to complete tasks in a timely manner with accuracy.
You must be able to meet deadlines.


This job requires:
-Full accounting work including bringing sets of 4 companies accounts to trial balance.
-Reconciliations of bank accounts, intercompany accounts, credit Card accounts accounts receivable/payable and
cash flow planning is part of the work scope.
-Data entry where required
-Admin skills-ability to understand situations and to use your own judgment to resolve and achieve.
-You must be fast-thinking, diligent, dedicated, and be a high achiever.
-Your communication skills in English must be excellent in both speaking and writing.
-You must be available during normal work time for meetings and discussions when called.
-Your response to emails and messages must be prompt.
We are seeking a self-motivated high work ethic individual who is able to complete tasks in a timely manner with accuracy.
You must be able to meet deadlines.
The individual should have high attention to detail, analytical skills and experience in MYOB, cloud computing and Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook.
Preference will be given to work applicants with high skills in Advanced Excel

Candidates must have a minimum of 12 years post qualification work experience of which at least 4 to 5 years should be in a Senior role in the area of Accounting and Finance Management.

Remuneration will not be a constraint for the right candidate
