Cold-calling / financial analyst

I am looking for three things:

1) Cold calling prospects - no you won't have to actually cold-call, but you will need to find locations for me to call. I'll give you all the tools necessary as well as any information needed to help you.

I will provide you with a list of business ideas. You will need to research Atlanta, GA and find all the matching businesses (addresses) and you will need to provide me with certain information. That information includes using Google maps to find cars in the parking lot (satellite), and additional items.

2) Financial Analysis: I would like assistance in my daily operations. I own a small-business and have reports that I need to be done.

Here is what needs to be done. Every week (heavily Mondays / Tuesdays / Wednesday - rest throughout week ), you will receive a upload of scanned images representing receipts from the previous week. I will provide a report. I will need you to match up the receipts to the report - more than likely there will be receipts missing. I will need you to tell me about those.

The bulk of your work will be on Monday / Tuesday with the remaining tasks spread over the rest of the week. The receipt matching will be first priority, with the next task being report making with data. I will provide the exact template and chart I want done, and all I ask is that you populate with weekly information I provide.

3) SEO - Simple wordpress upload / ability to email link builders - I will tell you who to email and what to say - I just need you to do it.

As part of our team, attention-to-detail is critical. I am looking for a long term (10+ years) partner that I will invest in financial and training wise.

4) Ability to keep Monday / Tuesday / Wednesday completely free - majority of work will be analyzing previous weeks numbers and reports

5) Understanding of wordpress - how to upload articles and reach out to different websites (I will teach you the details)

6) Tools necessary to complete the job:
- You must have your own computer
- Stable internet connection
