JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a responsible and resourceful virtual assistant to join our team. Working remotely, you will organize and update files, answer direct messages and emails. You will be engaged in active live chats and assist in creating a moderating system for FB groups. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, and have the versatility to communicate through multiple channels, such as zoom, slack, skype, helpscout. Must be analytical and Facebook knowledgeable, show emotional intelligence and be able to communicate empathetically to customers and members. Customer support skills and organizational skills are very important. Maintaining a constant and strong positive mental energy in the communities they are responsible for.

Virtual Assistant Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer direct messages and emails.
- Use social media/Facebook
- Manage social media accounts and replies
- Present excellent customer-service skills to customers and clients
- Handle confident client information
- Approve pending posts
- Review Keyword Alerts
- Respond to comments within the FB group
- Respond to messages sent to the FB Support inbox
- Respond to messages sent to the Community Managers/Directors inbox
- Respond to notifications on FB Support page
- Manage filing systems, update records, and organize documentation
