Who you are: You can understand business requirements, translate them into technology, and make it into a fluid reality. You can read and program in PHP, HTML, CSS, MySQL, and you know frameworks like Laravel, CodeIgnitor, and Magento. You're not a sysadmin, but you can get in and out of SSH and get things done in Unix. Mostly, you love solving technical problems, and you love building user experiences and you have an eye for detail and an intuition for what will work. You want to join a team building awesome websites, set your own hours, and grow into new levels of ability.

Who we are: I'm a technologist and software architect who runs a business and consults on the side using my team of awesome people to get work done for clients. We will give you project-based contract work to start, and if things go well, full time employment will be considered for the people who really excel.
