Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Account Executive.

If you enjoy sales in an environment where you are goals motivated and can demonstrate strong sales achievement i.e. consistent achievement at or above quota, or a history YoY growth in your target market, we have a place for you.

· You will identify & build sales pipeline through qualifying leads, prospecting, and penetrating new and existing accounts.

· The role requires the ability to understand and clearly articulate the value proposition of our products and services pertaining to Beauty Insider and Digital solutions.

· Achievement of quarterly and annual goals by driving revenue and market share,

· Define and execute on strategy to penetrate new markets for partnership opportunities

· Establish strong relationships both individually and organisationally with our clientele

· Build, manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by understanding market opportunities, the needs of customers in order to drive revenue growth.

Basic Requirements

Digital Marketing & Digital Media Sales experience preferred
2+ years of experience of B2B sales in similar industry or adjacent industry, and have experience owning the full sales cycle (prospecting, customer demos, negotiating and closing the sale).
Knowledge of Digital Marketing Solutions
Excellent oral and written communications skills, as well as, excellent presentation skills.
Has ability to lead meetings internally and externally including executive briefings both in person and ---------- lf-motivation, self-management and professionalism with advanced organisational, negotiation, problem solving skills and team building skills
