FULL TIME Cold Caller (LONG-TERM)

We are looking for someone who is able to speak English with little to no accent.
Has sales experience or a Real Estate Cold Calling/Appointment Setting background.
Sales experience required.

Must be comfortable having a screen monitor system downloaded and running during work ---------- Distraction (doing side jobs, external noise)

Experienced Cold Caller
As a Cold Caller, you are the opener of leads who are interested in selling their property.

This position is for you if you are looking for a long-term full-time position where you can grow with the company.

Responsibilities
Cold calling homeowners and pre-qualify them if they’re interested in selling
Confidently use our scripts to convert prospects to leads!
Handle objections efficiently
Properly disposition calls on our system

Able to read people’s emotions through their voices and respond appropriately
Able to handle objections and rejections effectively
Ability to follow instructions, and be adherent to processes and policies
Motivated, disciplined, coachable, trainable, and a go-getter!
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Willing to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and team-driven environment
1-2 years of overall work experience, in sales or appointment setting or cold calling

Compensation and Other Details
Schedule: Monday to Friday
8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST
40 hours per week, 2 days off
US Eastern Standard Time Zone
$3/hr (Could go $3.50/hr-$4/hr depends on experience and skills)

System/equipment requirements
Laptop/desktop with at least 4 GB RAM and i3 processor
Stable wired internet connection of at least 5 MBPS
Wired USB noise-canceling headset
Backup internet (pocket wifi)
