Role:

> Track the progress of all the support tea ---------- mber’s tasks and roles.
> Creates and updates SOPs and processes and ensures proper implementation.
> Proactively comes up with solutions to challenges and shares with management

Requirements:

> At least 6 months working in a Customer Service Industry
> knowledge in retention and refund is a plus
> a great team leader
> Good Listening skills and a good communicator
> Willing to render work during weekends for urgency updates & alignment
> with experience in Digital Marketing Company is an advantage.
