JOB OVERVIEW

Oyoyo Realty is seeking an Inside Sales Agent (ISA) converts both inbound and outbound leads to appointments for a whole sale real estate team.
General Job Description

Prospect for new clients on a daily basis from various lead sources
Respond to inbound leads from all internet lead sources, sign calls, and etc.
Schedule appointments
Input/manage client & lead databases
Conduct lead follow up & nurture leads until appointments are set
Follow up on lead with the agent until the opportunity is lost or the buyer goes under contract.
Job Specific Skills & Traits

Qualifications/Skills:
- Knowledge of Mojo Dailer
- Knowledge of Real estate Wholesaling
- Strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
- Communicate effectively with peers, superiors, and clients, both written and verbally
- Display effective time management and organizational skills
- Comfortable making outbound and receiving inbound calls
- Ability to use auto dialer and CRM
- Excellent computer skills
- Able to accept and implement coaching and feedback provided
- Ability to work independently
- Previous experience in Real Estate or office administration is ideal but not required
- Able to communicate effectively across diverse cultures
- Multi-lingual is a plus
- Ability to multi-task
- Able to handle large amounts of daily calls while maintaining a positive voice and attitude
- Must be comfortable spending 75% of work day on the phone

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Outbound calling, email communication, coordination, and scheduling of appointments using our CRM
- Track leads and ensure they are followed-up on throughout the sales cycle
- Distribute leads
- Utilize scripts to convert leads into clients
- Make 300+ outbound calls


Training and establish daily role-play partners.
Willing to be held accountable for goals & results.
Manage contact database system.
Manage new leads each week & work existing leads to convert into buying/listing appointments.
