Social Media Marketing Specialist

Are you an expert on Facebook? Do you use Twitter multiple times per day? Are you interested in good health and fitness? If you answered Yes to all of these questions, than this position might be for you.

We’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage all our social media account. Your job will include (but may not be limited to):

• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
• Set up and optimize our pages/channels within each platform to increase the visibility of our social content
• Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
• Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
• Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information

Qualifications:
• Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in Social Media. (Give links to profiles as examples).
• Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Yelp, Google+ Local, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest etc.) and how each platform can be used to reach our customers.
• Maintains excellent writing and language skills.
• Have a working knowledge of the blogging relevant to vitamins, supplements, health and fitness.
• Displays ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and video format.
• Maintains a working knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research.
• Demonstrates winning Social Customer Service techniques. Possesses great ability to identify potential negative or crisis situation and apply conflict resolution principles to mitigate issues.
