Hi,

I have few websites that I managed and I need 2 VAs with me to assign certain tasks to.

You must meet ALL the following requirements before applying:
1 - Great English in Speaking and Writing.
2 - Able to be train to use new techniques.
3 - Knows about the major social media; FB, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+ and Linkedin.
4 - Able to work 8 hours per day for 5 days per week.

ok, so you meet all above requirements? Good.
Now to filter the result and to get an idea about how you do job, please do the following 2 tasks and deliver exactly as described:

Trial Task No.1:
Find me 10 resources pages that include resources/links about
WordPress. or its themes or plugins, like this one:
https://www.wp101.com/resources/

and then provide me the following in 1 excel sheet:

1 - Resources page URL
2 - Contact details for the person who is responsible for that page. or the blogger's email.
3 - the website email address.

Remember, I want resources/links pages ONLY not just the home page.
The reason we are doing this is: we will offer them later on to add
out link in their resources page.

you may use the following terms in google for better research and to
find the resources pages easier:

“niche” + inurl:links

niche + inurl:resources

“niche” + “helpful resources”

site:.gov + “resources”

“niche” + “other resources”

“niche” + “resources”

“niche” + “useful resources”

where niche is the relevant keywords such as: WordPress, WordPres
plugin, wordpress solution, plugins for wordpress, start a website,
grow your wordpress, online tools to grow, get more traffic... and so
on.

Ignore websites: WordPress.org and WordPress.com.

Note: you can use https://rapportive.com/ to help you find the email
address for the blogger/author who wrote that page. I do really advise you to do so.

Trial task No.2:

Find 5 websites that provide life coaching courses in Australia, you should provide the following:
1 - Website name.
2 - telephone number.
3 - Address
4 - person in charge
5 - email of that person in charge (not the website name).

you can again use https://rapportive.com/ to help you find emails.

So, have you done the above 2 tasks, now you can deliver your work and apply for the work, please note you application will just get ignored if you did not follow above instructions.

This is will be for 6months, so you should specify your monthly salary requirement based on the above working hours.
