Real Estate Cold caller | lead generation | Prospecting

We need an aggressive lead generator with Excellent communication skills for our Real Estate & Tax Accounting business.

You will be responsible for
-Daily lead generating using mojo dialer and Podio crm. We will contact homeowners and business owners via call, text, and emails.

Your job is to qualify motivated sellers and transfer them to the acquisition team.

You will also be responsible for following up and nurturing leads on a daily basis who expressed interest but were not quite ready at the ---------- nt.

Duties also include importing and managing client & lead ---------- ’s helpful if you have a good grip on Podio and other software mgmt but not required as we will train.

Must have at least 1 year of previous experience with phone prospecting or be a clear and confident communicator.

This is for a full-time position and long-term career!
