Our colorful, multi-layer worship flags are handmade and shipped around the world. We serve a community of worshippers by offering high-quality, handmade worship ---------- addition, we offer a lot of free online resources and training.

WHAT WE OFFER
* Starting Salary: $ ---------- USD (160 hours per month)
* Video training
* Flexible hours
-- must work 7am - 12pm Tuesday to Friday (Manila timezone);
-- additional hours are flexible
* Philippine & Canadian holidays off, with pay
(equivalent to 120 hours annually)
* 13th month bonus

REQUIRED SKILLS
GENERAL
* Excellent verbal, oral, and written English
* Fast, stable wifi
* Excellent organization & time management
* Project Management
* Excellent problem-solving skills and innovation
(bring creative ideas & solutions to help streamline the business)
* Must have previous VA experience with a US, Canada, UK or Australian based company

TECHNICAL SKILLS (advanced/expert knowledge)
* Shopify
* Klaviyo (email service provider)
* Google Drive
* Social Media platforms: Facebook Business Page, Instagram, Pinterest
* Canva
* Must use TimeProof software to track hours

ADDITIONAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
(additional salary based on knowledge/experience)

* Adobe Photoshop (or Photoshop Elements)
* Digital marketing experience
* Video editing
* Social Platforms: YouTube, TikTok
* Selling Platforms: Amazon, Etsy
* Google Analytics

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Add, update & maintain product listings on Shopify website
* Format content for email marketing
* Repurpose content into blog posts, social media posts, etc
* Prepare graphics in Canva or Photoshop
* Add & update product list on Amazon & Etsy
* 2x per week prepare eManifest for importing to the USA
* Schedule social media posts and respond to comments
* Detail and outline tasks to create a training manual
* Collect and record data from Google Analytics
* Other tasks as required
* Zoo ---------- eting 1-2x per week
