BUILDING ADMINISTRATOR

Qualifications:

Has a bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, or any related field

License is not required

Certification in facilities management is a plus

Has experience in Mall Administration is preferred

Has 2-4 years of experience in facility maintenance

Has understanding on CMMS software, electrical systems, HVAC systems, carpentry, and various mechanical and architectural systems

Has knowledge of purchasing, supplies, grounds keeping, and equipment repair

Has basic understanding of elevators, fire alarms, plumbing, and other facility-related systems

Ability to deal with contractors, aircon retainers, and other repair and maintenance company

Must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills; customer service oriented

Must be organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to multi-task

Willing to travel
