Rockstar Technical Account Executive/Programmer

We have a digital marketing SaaS product called Contente and we help health clinics leverage their content to get more clients. While other agencies and companies in the space, utilize traditional customer service and fulfillment techniques, we are specifically focused on leveraging technology in order to deliver better results at a lower cost. This gives us a competitive edge and our clients love it.

We’re looking for a Rockstar Social Media Account Executive to work with us and provide amazing results to our clients. You will be responsible for the following tasks:

*Responding to specific client requests regarding account numbers and results.
*Developing systems and processes for handling these requests more efficiently.
*Onboarding setting up tech stack for new client accounts.
*Etc. etc. etc.

As the title says, we’re looking for a “Rockstar Social Media Account Executive” and this doesn’t mean anybody… You must satisfy all of the following to be considered for this job:

*2+ years of experience in technical support/customer service
*Proven track record that you’re able to verify
*Ability to read data and analyze spreadsheets and pick out patterns from this data
