Talented MBA T-Shirt Designer

Hello there!
our team is looking for another experienced and professional t-shirt designer who is reliable and can deliver up to 10 high quality designs for our MBA account. We start with paying 1$ per design and increase to 1.5$ when you have worked a few months with us and proven that you are able to deliver on time and that you create only designs that don't infringe any copyrights (very important!).
We respect our hard working employees and pay a christmas bonus if you delivered good work throughout the year!
Before you can work in our team of designers we would like to see 2 test designs to make sure you can deliver on what you promise!

These are the two test designs for you:
1. Motivating Dragon boat t-shirt for a paddle team (please use this text as a foundation for your design: "1 Boat", "1 Team", "1 GOAL" and then add some graphics and make it looks fancy, Front and back side needed)
2. City/Country t-shirt for Seoul/South Korea (Front side should be a small/minimalistic design in the upper right corner of the shirt with a simple/not overloading approach and the city name and back side should be a bigger and more flashy/eye-catching design and the country name (Example: ---------- )

Requirements: Standard MBA (.png files, 4500x5400px etc.)


Before you apply please make sure you agree to these conditions:
- Payout is once per month
- Before we hire you on a longterm business relationship we will require 2 custom t-shirt designs from you to on your ability to deliver unique designs that fit into our brand -> These are NOT paid beforehand but will be paid when we d ---------- to hire you!
