We are an emerging commercial espresso equipment ecommerce business based in the United States. We are beginning to grow rapidly and need to scale our product portfolio. We're positioned as a high-end commercial first ecommerce operation that takes a consultative tech-enabled sales approach. We need a top-notch ecommerce store and channel manager to maintain and improve our web content and experience. You'll be working directly with a founder who's built several companies across consulting, real estate and b2b commerce.


What we need:
This is his first e-commerce company and is looking for someone with deep experience with Shopify listings and optimization, Shopify apps, and sales channel integrations. The founder has a talented designer and dev, but the team needs guidance and attention to ensure they're on task and delivering. Therefore, product / project management experience is highly desirable. Finally, the ability to edit and optimize photos is essential to this role. So is some familiarity with code / code logic and how it's employed in the Shopify platform.




Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and enhance website features and usability with the guidance of the founder, our designer and developer. This includes making website updates or product managing significant website updates, ensuring progress isn't being blocked by our designer, developer or founder.

Understand the products we sell, our sales policies, sales prices, available variants, shipping times and ensure they're accurately reflected on our listings.

Operationalize various apps and integrations that support the user experience of the website and improve sales conversions
Operate our product listing process.

Manage our product listing process

Continually source and post listings of new products (copy and photos) for the website at the direction of founder and by working with our copywriter as necessary. Source, edit and optimize stock photos for these listings
Update listing for renewed equipment with new photos and by editing listing templates as necessary. Edit photos for these listings.

Manage the listing and sync of all products across 3rd party sales channels including ebay, google shops and facebook shops and possibly others

Work with back ops / finance manager on integrations to back-end systems like Quickbooks and SKU Vault

Support ad-hoc sales enablement activities
