Technical Project Assistant

We're looking for a dedicated and reliable Technical Project Assistant!

Someone who is a good communicator. Who has a true desire to grow into a solid leadership role or major contributor of our tech team.

Requirements:

Must be detail-oriented, personable, and willing to learn.
Must be able to work well with a team and independently as needed.
Must love solving problems.
Must take action without waiting for a tasks list to be given.
Must not be afraid to research issues and present solutions.
Main responsibilities:

Updating WordPress funnel pages,
Posting replay videos to our course section and sales pages
Sending broadcast emails through ActiveCampaign
Setting up automation in ActiveCampaign,
Scheduling Zoo ---------- etings,
Setting up Zaps to feed ActiveCampaign,
Set up Zoom Webinars and Zoo ---------- etings,
Assisting with basic graphic editing,
Posting recurring events in Facebook groups,
Updating WordPress plugins,
Creating new WordPress pages as needed for our funnels,
Posting blog posts and images,
Basic SEO work.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with WordPress design, Developer
Experience with ActiveCampaign or other Email Systems. Must have an understanding of list segmentation and automation.
Understanding of ClickFunnels.
Understands basic marketing funnels and how they ---------- tail-oriented and documentation of changes a must.
