Bookkeeper For An International Trading Company (Work at PH Day Time)

This will initially be a part-time role, but can turn into a full-time role over time. As a part-timer, you will be helping with some accounting related work alongside the company's full-time bookkeeper, and you may also be helping with some research related work from time to time.

Number of Hours Weekly: 15-20 hours
Salary Range: $4 - $4.5 depending on skills & experience
IMEX Work Schedule: 9am - 6pm Philippine Time (3-5 PM fixed, the other 2 hours flexible but between 9am - 6pm)

Mission:
To be responsible for managing our day to day book-keeping and accounting needs & ensuring that quality reports are available to the business in order to make high quality business decisions on day to day basis.

Job Description:
• Managing the day to day book-keeping for the business.
• Carrying out research related to our pricing and our pricing position in the market.
• Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
• Work with our accountant (based in Hong Kong) to resolve any queries that may come up.
• Communicate with our bank as and when required - Via phone and email.
• Checking the expense spreadsheets kept by China office (in English) to ensure they are up to date, accurate & don't have any anomalies.
• Help with coordinating and completing annual audits.
• Making payments applications to suppliers via online banking
• Help us research, shortlist and select the best possible "Accounting Solution" for our business needs and ensure that we have fully migrated to the new software by April 30, ---------- petencies:

• Previous accounting/book-keeping experience
