Cold Calling Agency Needed for Real Estate

We are a real estate investment company looking to partner with a Telemarketing Agency.

You must have the following:
- Experienced with Xencall
- Able to troubleshoot Xencall for any issues with own IT support
- Able to provide Agents with good English communications
- Able to manage their agents daily performance to make sure their numbers are as expected
- Able to train their Agents as needed based on their strengths/weaknesses to meet performance expectations
- Able to provide KPIs at the end of each day to ensure daily/weekly/monthly goals are being met
