Real Estate Loan Buyer

Confusing title? This is a specialized position for someone with banking/lending experience. Our company purchases home loans from banks and other real estate lenders. We are looking for someone with banking or lending experience to help us contact and negotiate with lenders. Specifically, we want someone who understands how home loans work, and who is comfortable talking with bankers and real estate professionals on the phone.

MANDATORY. All of these qualities are required for the position:
• Banking/lending/finance experience. Though this is a highly specialized function and we plan on training you, you must have an existing knowledge of how real estate lending works
• Comfortable talking on the phone. Much time will be spent calling lenders, so you must
• Ability to work Pacific Standard Time business hours (12:00 midnight to 8:00am Manila time)
• Have reliable power and internet (minimum 3mbps)
• Have a reliable computer no more than 4 years old
• Good spoken and written English (accent is OK:)

BONUS. These qualities will assist you in learning this new role, though are not mandatory:
• Real estate experience: Foreclosure, Short Sale, REO
• Debt collector experience
• Business/finance education
• American VA experience

We are a fun company staffed mostly by Filipino VA's! We believe in long-term working relationships, NOT short-term contract jobs. Though for this position you must have banking/lending/finance experience and be comfortable talking on the phone, we will teach you everything else, so you must be a fast learner.
