Motion Graphics Video Editor/Art Manager (FB/IG ads, Remote)

[Note: this is the second Art Manager role we're hiring for. You'll be trained by your future co-worker.]

Part 1: About the company

We are the most impact-driven Education marketing agency in the world. We are looking for an energetic Art Manager who will bring our team's work into the world and increase revenues for Education businesses around the world. Our clients come from United States, Canada, Israel, Australia, among other locations. As a member of our team, you will be producing creatives to support $50-200K in monthly ad spend (Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube) for our clients.

Your work will be assessed objectively with your performance. You must not be afraid of hard work, deadlines, or stress.

Part 2: About the Role & Responsibilities

First 1 month

- Work with the Copywriter and Media Manager to d ---------- on creative direction for each client
- Take clients' raw video clips and edit them into compelling snippets for Facebook, Instagram, and even YouTube. If you have GREAT ideas, you'd love the creative freedom we give you! We'll even put $1-2K to test crazy ideas...just because we value ?your opportunity to learn!
- Learn to write creative briefs for our graphic design team
- Manage the creative production pipeline
- Review and approve graphics produced by the graphic design team
- Manage 2-3 projects with mentorship

After 1 month

- Manage 7-8 projects (don't worry, you won't be creating graphics but managing the projects and also giving creative direction)
- After 6-12 months: Supporting your Career Development (Art Manager -> Senior Art Manager -> Creative Director)
- Promotion and leadership opportunities (we have promoted and raised the salaries of our tea ---------- mbers thrice within a year)
- Great opportunity to take charge of the entire Creative production team in the future

Technical skills

- Project management: This is arguably one of the most important technical skills for an Art Manager. Your ability to exercise self-discipline and carve out dedicated time daily for every project will be tested. You will not be able to hide behind anyone or anything, because your ability will be reflected on the quality of ---------- is hard, but not ---------- requires a high amount of self-discipline. Personal skills

- Professional problem solver: Everyone in our team is a problem-solver. Problem-solving is one of the highest-value skills you can develop as a tea ---------- mber. Graphic design work behind schedule? Find a way to solve the problem. (e.g. sometimes it means talking to the graphic design team and re-prioritizing the tasks).

- Detail-oriented: Because you are managing so many different projects, you have a high chance of making mistakes. Are you a careful person? Do you pay attention to detail, even when you are under time pressure? Are you capable of keeping calm to ensure that your work is error-free? Part 4: Experience

Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut (honestly we're not sensitive to the tool you use as long as you get the job done).
Motion graphics: required

Part 5: Benefits

- Salary ranging between 29,000 to 35,000 PHP per month, depending on experience
- ALLCARE health insurance offered to all tea ---------- mbers in Philippines starting Oct ---------- th month bonus
- Up to 3 months of bonuses (in addition to 13th month bonus)
- 14 days Personal Time Off (PTO) per calendar year
- Follow Philippines' national holidays (Up to 2 days per month from Jan-Nov, 4 days in Dec)
- No SSS is provided
