JOB OVERVIEW

We are willing to pay very well for a proactive, organized executive assistant. We have a path to make you a Junior Consultant and get a raise. This is a private company working on a government project. Strong written and spoken English is a must.

WHAT WE ARE OFFERING

An opportunity to build your experience working on a government ERP implementation.

A clear path to move up in the company - If you show us (a) you can represent the company in a professional manner, (b) you are efficient and thorough (c) your English is developed enough to require little-to-no monitoring and (d) you are familiar enough with the software to help guide/train others, we will move you from an Executive Assistant ($5.00/hr) to a Junior Consultant ($5.50/hr) role.

A flexible schedule - take time off when you want/need, as long as you coordinate with the project manger.

A chance to upgrade your English by learning even more from native speakers.


JOB DESCRIPTION

Our company has been hired by the local government to make sure a Human Capital Management ERP is successfully installed across all departments. This is a multi-million dollar effort to make the government more efficient.

We need someone to help us coordinate meetings, take notes fro ---------- etings, help get government employees the information they need to attend trainings, organize the project documentation, read local codes/regulations to make sure there aren't gaps in the project, build reports for stakeholders, and more.

We also would like you to become familiar with the HCM software so you can help government employees while they become more familiar with the interface.

We don't expect you to know everything about the project, but we do expect someone is thorough and very organized. We need you to speak very good english.


KEY SKILLS
- Fluent english speaker (calling government employees to schedule and coordinate with them)
- Fluent english writer (emails, reports to stakeholders, memos to government employees)
- Researcher (read government documents and summarize the research concisely)
- Organizer (take scattered and complex information and organize it to be easily understood and easily located)
- Note-taker (identify action items from a meeting and summarize those)
- Learner (humble and willing to learn new things to make the project successful)
- Excel, Word & Powerpoint


Not essential, however it would be nice if you had some experience:
With human capital management (HCM)
With human resource management (HR)
Using Microsoft Teams
