We are an energetic, growth-focused and far-sighted start-up operating the EBAY Drop-Shipping business model.
The company and its director are UK based, but the entire staff will work remotely.
We source products from UK’s online suppliers and resell them to UK customers through the EBAY marketplace.
We aim to expand our team over time.

We are looking for an experienced, skilled and motivated individual who can work solely for us - FULL TIME (8 hours shift per 5 days a week).
Extra shifts/hours might be required at times (these will be paid accordingly!)

The candidate will take full ownership and accountability of an ---------- DropShipping store’ operations and will fulfil all duties required to maintain it and to grow its revenue and profits.

WHAT WE OFFER:

• Starting pay PHP 17,000 per month salary
• 10% commission on all monthly profit made from £1,500 to £2,000 (up to PHP 3,400)
• 15% commission on all monthly profit made from £2,000 to £2,500 (up to PHP 5,100)
• 20% commission on all monthly profit made above £2,500 (infinite PHP potential earnt)
• 2 days bonus pay upon hiring
• Variable bonuses for quarterly targets
• 10% salary raise each year (on anniversary date)
• Pay on the 1st and 15th of every month (pay every week for the first month)

EBAY STORE MANAGER
JOB’s DAILY TASKS:

- Take full accountability of everything that is needed to maintain and grow the store
- Research UK competitors to copy their top performing listings
- Research hot selling items in ---------- for dropshipping using ZikAnalytics
- Create optimized titles for listings using ZikAnalytics’ and SkuFetch’s title optimizers
- List previously researched hot selling Items on Ebay using SkuGrid and SkuFetch
- Fulfil customers’ orders on retailer's websites (order placing is currently manual)
- Update and keep track of all orders’ details using Orders Dash
- Upload tracking numbers into each Ebay’s order
- Provide customer service and address concerns by emailing our suppliers
- Handle returns, cases, late items, items out of stock etc.
- Give feedback to customers on Ebay (this may be automated once the store grows)
- Maintain strong store metrics, minimal defects, 98%+ positive feedback score
- Track underperforming listing and edit/reprice them for better results
- Fix occasional mispriced listings and other miscellaneous errors
- Request removal bad feedback form ebay customer service staff when appropriate
- Raising any issues with software to the service providers to resolve problems
- Create step by step guides of commonly performed daily tasks and adjust with time
- Train new staff on how to perform common daily tasks and support them if needed
- Work towards monthly targets established by the director
- Perform mixed virtual assistant duties required by the business or the director
- Send a daily detailed-update to the director via email

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY FOR THIS JOB:

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:

- Must have 1+ year experience with EBay Retail Dropshipping Business
- Must have 1+ year experience using Skugrid, Skufetch, OrdersDash, Zik Analytics
- Must have 1+ year experience sourcing hot selling products for ebay dropshipping
- Must have 1+ year experience optimizing titles for Ebay listings
- Must have 1+ year experience creating optimised eBay listings for dropshippers
- Must have previous experience fulfilling dropshipping orders manually
- Must have previous experience managing an entire eBay seller account
- Must have taken a dropshipping course or have been trained by previous employer


MINIMUM PERSONAL / WORK SKILLS and KNOWLEDGE:

- Must have great English speaking and writing skills
- Must be fast working with computers
- Must be able to work using a time/screen tracking app
- Must be able to work extra hours or shift if requested (overtime will be paid)
- Must have solid product sourcing skills using Zik Analytics
- Must be able to keep spreadsheets of product research, orders, fees, and profits
- Must have knowledge of some UK online retail suppliers
- Must understand how the Ebay’s search engine works
- Must have great customer service skills
- Must be detail orientated and be able to follow precise instructions
- Must be a fast learner, committed to improve efficiency of every-day’s operations
- Must be a great problem solver and able to find solutions to problems on your own
- Must be willing to grow with the company and take new responsibilities if required
- Must be able to receive video-calls from the director (He is a nice guy!)
- Must be able to speak to suppliers and ---------- via Skype/phone if needed
