In this role, you will need to be professional, courteous and super enthusiastic 100% of the time on the phone. You will sometimes get push back so you’ll need to be persistent and use "soft sales" skills to conduct surveys. You'll be the voice of our company for people who sometimes don't know us (or barely) and your interaction with them will likely define their relationship with us in the future.

This job is for a full time position. All of your time will be spent on the phone so you must be a fluent English speaker. Our customers are in the US, so you can schedule your 8 hr shift from ET to PT. We are open for over time if you want to get more hours in a pay period. You must be entrepreneurial, self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. This is an entry role but if you prove your worth by doing quality work and contributing to the team, you can quickly grow into a new role.

Qualifications

• Experience with phone customer support or inside sales (outbound preferred) for atleast 3 years.
• Flawless spoken communication in English (US-based customers)
• Be high-energy, ALWAYS enthusiastic, bubbly and positive on the phone
• Be tenacious and able to overcome objections
• Documented history of success in a quota driven environment
• Owner mentality: you’re self-motivated, set your own goals and deliver results working independently
• You’re efficient, a fast learner, able to handle a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment. Must be willing to work at night.
• Knowledge in VanillaSoft CRM and Zoom Phone is a plus.

System Requirements:

- Memory: 4GB RAM
- OS: Intel Core i3 or higher
- Internet: 5 Mbps (wired connection) preferably PLDT DSL/Fibr not Converge
- Quiet work space
- Noise Cancelling Headset (Plantronics/Logitech/Jabra)

Pay:
During Training Week - $2.00 per hr.
After training, you will be on Probation (2 months) - $4.00 per hr.
After probation, Regular Rate: $4.50 per hr.
