Full Time VA / Customer Service Rep / Light Sales

Rapidly growing US Based e-commerce company looking for a very strong, personable and aggressive (think go-getter) VA to help us manage our weekend call / order flow, improve our conversion rate and help drive overall sales. We are looking for a full-time employee to grow with us--you will have the flexibility and room to grow, expand and create something special. We have been in business for 4.5 years and focus on dropshipping high-end relaxation products such as massage chairs, zero gravity recliners, lift chairs, ergonomic office chairs, NIR Saunas and water features. We currently sell across two different Shopify Stores in the following channels: our website ( ---------- and ---------- ), Amazon, Ebay and Houzz plus work with the US government.

You will be paid a healthy base ($30k PHP) + commission on every sale that you close.
You will work either Saturday - Wednesday or Thursday - Sunday from 10am - 6pm MST.

We have some big goals for the future; could you be the person to help us get there?

Duties will include:
* Talking on the phone.. regularly!
* Handle all calls / texts / chats to the business on the weekends
* Handle any customer service issues that arise
* Own and Manage the Hot Leads List for two websites - contact everyone on the list via text and phone in a timely manner in order to close as many sales as possible to improve our conversion rate and boost overall sales
* Encourage Hot Leads to purchase from us vs a competitor
* Manage all inbound phone calls and texts on the weekends
* Become a Subject Matter Expert on our products
* Light Order Management and processing
* Helping our Team when necessary with promotion execution etc
* Make suggestions regarding how we can grow, improve operations or streamline our process

About you:
* Fluent (almost native) English verbal and written skills; very personable on the phone and easy to connect with.
* Sales Mindset -- very good at reading people, relating to them and closing sales
* Hungry and excited to make things happen
* Not afraid to pick up the phone and call customers that have already expressed an interest with us
* Comfortable with the uncomfortable -- sometimes it’s a little awkward if we haven’t followed up in a long time or we are in stiff competition with one of our competitors
* Quick learner; someone who likes to jump in and help make things better
* Detail-oriented and well organized
* Experience with Shopify, Amazon and eBay—or the willingness to jump in and learn quickly

You do not need to know how to do all of this upfront -- we will train the right candidate!
