Reservation Agent/Appointment Setter

We are seeking friendly, motivated people to book appointments for our Travel Club clients. You will be contacting consumers to receive various promotional travel offers. You will be trained on how to set appointments for these people to visit and attend a short sales presentation at our clients vacation showroom.

Your job duties include :

Greeting the customer with enthusiasm
Verifying information (Qualifying clients, i.e.-cust must make certain amount of money per year)
Giving Directions
Scheduling & Setting Appointments with clients
Filing and Organizing your work
Completing reservation forms
Taking many phone calls – iPhone calls = Appointments = Shows = $$$$$$$$$
