Responsibilities:
To deliver efficient and effective search strategy and implementation in collaboration with Digital Assistants and Digital Executives aligned with client goals, internal process and industry best practice.
Paid Strategy
*Design and deliver appropriate PPC strategies aligned with defined KPIs
*Search Management and Implementation
*To own and manage the high quality and consistent delivery of search services personally and through Assistants and Executives.
*Manage clients in line with the varying client management models we have in place.
*To provide high quality, comprehensive regular scheduled account optimisation of all campaign elements to agreed KPIs.
*To provide high quality insights on the accounts managed and service these accounts at an agreed level of profitability.
*Ensure best practise is followed in all aspects of client management, from daily checks through to ad copy testing, SQRs and campaign build outs
*Manage relevant technology and tools used on accounts and ensure the full value is being derived from this technology, and all team members are fully competent users
Client Servicing
*To provide a professional, high quality service to clients at all times.
*To arrange and lead regular calls and meeting with clients ensuring supporting materials are always high quality.
*To build effective, long lasting relationships with client contacts.
*To take ownership of delivery quality, checking and approving team output
Organisation and Delivery:
*To own the task management and development of Assistants and Executives.
*Line manage a team of Assistants and Executives ensuring their skills continue to develop and they hit deadlines and work within agreed processes
*Provide ongoing coaching and training to Assistants and Executives.
*Manage competing client requests and help manage team priorities through a robust and transparent task management system.
*To drive efficiency, quality and innovation in SEM processes
To provide regular search knowledge sharing and thought leadership sessions
Experience required
*At least 2yrs experience in PPC management either client or agency side
*A good understanding of Adwords & Adwords Editor
*Experience with tracking/SEM technologies and analytics
*Experience in other areas of digital is a plus
*Passionate about digital media and committed to building a career in search marketing
*Strongly numerate and comfortable manipulating data sets
*Good communicator, comfortable with showing what data means and how we can take action based upon it
*Commitment to deliver first class work every time, and never leave a quality issue unchecked
*Diligence and attention to detail in optimisation and reporting
*Strong client servicing background
*Has lead or managed a team
*Microsoft packages including advanced excel and powerpoint
