Cold callers / Lead Manager

We are an independent dispatching service that is looking for a person to recruit Owner Operators/Fleet Owners and call shippers for dedicated work. We're looking for someone who's reliable and dedicated and ready to work. We provide everything needed to succeed (, data, scripts, training)

Tasks:

-Do outbound calls to prospect leads and tell them about how they could benefit from our services in a professional but friendly manner
- Offer our services
-Confidently use our scripts to convert prospects to leads
-Handle objections efficiently



Qualifications:

-Passionate to do the work
-Confident to start and hold a conversation
-Able to read people’s emotions through their voices and respond appropriately
-Able to handle objections effectively
-Ability to follow instructions, and be adherent to processes and policies
-Must be proficient in the English language

System/equipment requirements
-Laptop/desktop
-Stable wired internet connection of at least 3 MBPS
-Wired USB noise-canceling headset
-Backup internet (pocket wifi)
-Backup workstation (preferred)

Compensation and Other Details
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9 AM - 5 PM EST
40 hours per week, 2 days off
Follow US Eastern Standard Time Zone
Salary: $400 USD a month(will increase to $500 USD based on performance)
Commission: $20 USD per successful lead
