Exciting SEO VA Role Available in Cutting Edge Agency - On Going

Looking for experienced SEO and Link building Virtual Assistant to help rank local business websites & help with general client work.

Your daily responsibilities could involve:

1. Repurposing blog content to syndicate and build links back to the blog (our strategy but also interested to what you can bring to the table)
2. Uploading draft blogs and landing page content from Google docs on to website (various CMS, Wordpress & Other drag and Drop builders)
3. Onsite SEO fixes to improve rankings
4. Finding appropriate images to help make blog more engaging (searching, croping, scaling, compressing & maybe using crello / canva now and then)
5. Repurposing blog content into infographics, pintrest posts, slide share posts, medium posts (and other channels)
5. Help with a few other admin tasks like setting up client newsletters
6. Perhaps making some writing tweaks here and there

To qualify you need need more than 2 years experience in
1. Onsite SEO
2. Using Wordress, wix and Squarespace
4. Linkbuilding and content repurposing

We work in a fast paced industry so it is really important that the VA would be:

- Pays close attention to detail
- Follows instructions
- Consistent
- Loves feedback from us so we can all grow together

Work schedule:
- Full time position
- Daily checkin
- Regular video catch up
- Ideally there is a few hours overlap with our Time Zone GMT+10 (Australia) 9am - 5pm.
- You have flexible work hours, just as long as the work gets done and we have some overlap in time.
- 6 Month probation period, after which we can discuss benefits (vacation leave / sick leave)
- We honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All Souls Day (Just remind us a few days before)

Initially there will be an onboarding process, and you'll have heaps of questions! We love questions and people that take initiative. We are investing in you and you are an investment for us, so we will train you the best we can but we also want you to bring your special skills to help us!
