KDP Publishing Manager / writer, editor, proof reading

We are looking for a Publishing Manager to join our growing company, and this team is non-fiction books.
Because it's non-fiction, you'll always need to do a lot of research to organize the content and prepare reference for the book.

Job duties:
Research the book topic and collect the relevant material.
Write a book outline, lay out the chapters and what to include in each chapter. A book outline is typically 5k-7k words.
Review other ghostwriters' sample piece, and select the best one and to work with the ghostwriter to finish the book.
Some other admin tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
English is your first language, and you have advanced skills in English writing.
You've read many many books, journals, papers, news articles, etc. And you enjoy reading.
You've written lots of long form articles too, by long form I mean those at least more than 2k words.
You are good at doing the researches for the topics you are going to write.

Each selected candidates will go through a video interview, and a small writing test.

Other general requirements:
- this is a full time job, meaning you can't work on any other jobs at the same time
- Timeproof is required
- working hours are 9am-5pm, Monday to Saturday, the Philippines local time
- during working hours, you'll need to be available and respond quickly (again because this is a full time job)
