Virtual Assistant who is great at Web Design

Looking for someone who is able to help me in my new business journey. This is a brand new business, I recently just started an online preschool program. I am looking for someone who will be able to help me grow this business. I am looking to enroll 50 students by the month of August. I need someone who can assist me with day to day task to make this a smoother process.

The virtual assistant must be:
Punctual, Reliable, and a born Leader!
GREAT AT WEB DESIGN
Have sales experience
Have marketing and ad skills.
Be good at Canva (this is the graphic platform we can use to create social media post.)

Job Responsibilites Include but not limited to:

Re-doing the site with a portal to capture payments, designing a clean/professional website that matches the company brand and theme.

I will need someone who is able to make phone calls, answer phone calls and respond to inquires, and get students enrolled into the program. (This is sales part of the job)

Social Media and Email Management.

Ad posting, and Research.
