Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled, adaptable, and reliable sales and marketing associate to help take our company to the next ---------- this position, you will be part of a dynamic team of professionals who plan and implement our sales, marketing, and advertising activities. You should be familiar with analysis and market research, product and service promotion, and anticipation of customer behavior.

Some Duties and Responsibilities
* Manage daily administrative tasks
* Conduct market research and identify new opportunities.
* Gather and analyze consumer behavior data (e.g. web traffic and rankings)
* Formulate and maintain various sales and marketing strategies to advance our business sales.
* Expand our physical and digital exposure and ranking on web resources and multiple otger media formats.
* Grow and maintain customer database.
* Taylor and research new products and sales strategies to gain more sales from new and existing customers theough various sales methods like upsells.
* Research, design and manage various marketing and sale emails sales funnels, advertising - both online, print and other media formats, banner ads and various other print and online sales advertisements.
* Constantly research new strategies, modalities and systems to stay ahead of industry marketing and sales.
* Formulate campaigns to obtain repeat sales from existing and new customers.
* Research, implement and utelize multiple marketing and sales tools and resources to stay ahead of competition.
* Keep abreast with competitors and formulate various marketing and sales trategies to capture market share.
* Generate reports on marketing and sales metrics
* Contribute to collaborative efforts and  organize promotional events
* Coordinate with the marketing design and content teams to generate digital and print advertising material
* Maintain and update  impeccable records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
* Prepare and deliver regular sales forecasting reports
* Monitor and report competitors’ marketing and sales activities
* Any other tasks or duties as may be applicable to a certain project and deadline.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Degree in marketing or relevant field
* Successful work experience as a marketing associate, marketing assistant, or similar position
* Strong working knowledge of marketing and sales industry, including digital tools and techniques
* Significant experience with SEO/SEM campaigns
* Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite, web analytics, and Google AdWords
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills

We offer a base payment and after 3 months a tiered commision and benefit payment structure to boost your take home pay.
