Experienced t-shirt designer for MBA

Hello there!
I'm looking for an experienced and professional t-shirt designer who will design creative and good looking t-shirts for our MBA account. We start with paying 1$ per design and increase to 1.5$ when you have worked a few months with us and proven that you are able to deliver on time and that you create only designs that don't infringe any copyrights.
We will also pay a christmas bonus if you delivered good work throughout the year!
