Outreach specialist

Looking to hire a part-time Outreach Specialist for ---------- and Facebook. Hours: M-F, 8 am-12 pm EDT (20 hours per week). However, there is an opportunity for this to become a full-time position.
Salary starting at $200/month (with potential raise at 90-day review based on results)
Goal: Minimum 30 leads booked per month.
We are looking for someone with excellent English writing skills who is capable of carrying on a written conversation to build a relationship online that converts to a lead.
As our Outreach Specialist,
on LinkedIn, you will be finding appropriate prospects to connect with, reading their bio, customizing a message to their experience, messaging them multiple times (as needed) to ultimately have them book a call with our sales team or join a challenge.
on Facebook, you will be responding to comments in threads, providing a link to book a call with us or join a challenge.
