Graphik / T-Shirt Designer

I´m searching for a Designer who will work for my company as a freelancer. I´m selling this designs especially T-Shirt designes for my Customers in Germany.
First I just need a person who will work just a few hours (maybe 5-10 hours) in the week, but when our work will be successful than you can work more hours per week an earn more money.
