About the job position

We are running an online English school in Japan. We are looking for someone who can create online classroom tools for students and teachers to use.

We are looking for someone who can develop tools for the following sites even if they don't have experience with WebRTC, although we mention that they have experience with WebRTC because we found on the Internet that WebRTC can be used to create that function.

About the work system

We are looking for 20,000 pesos (40 hours/week). The work will be done on a job-request basis, so it will be like freelance work, but the salary will be stable even if there is no work. However, since this is a Japanese company that supports Filipino people who have lost their jobs due to the coronavirus and poor children, we prefer people who are kind and have an understanding of volunteerism.

We are looking for someone who can grow with us and work with us for a long time, so we have a system where the salary will increase by 5,000 pesos every 6 months.

Work Flow
-----------------------------

There are weekly meetings with Filipino teachers. There will be times when the lesson teachers will ask you to do various things to make the lesson go smoothly. As mentioned above, there will always be at least one meeting every week for about an hour at a time that is convenient for you, but other than that, it will be more like a freelance style where you will only be asked to give progress reports on a request basis, depending on the situation. The reason for the 40 hours is in case you want to communicate with other Filipino teachers, or in case of system trouble, so it's not that strict.

As for the volunteering work

We have the project to help Filipinos who are suffering from the food or necessities. If you work at our company, we will save money as a donation for them. We are now thinking to buy some food for poor children or students, so if you are interested in some volunteering work, this is the perfect place to work!

Salary system
-----------------------------

Option 1: Online meeting tool developer
[40h/w: Salary starts from PHP20,000~(Max will be PHP120,000)]

Option 2: Online meeting tool developer+ Wordpress developer or video(movie) editor
[40h/w: Salary starts from PHP30,000~(Max will be PHP180,000)]

*Everyone must start from the minimum wage. Please check the list below.
*Your salary will be increased by 5,000 pesos every 6 months until the Max range.


Q: Why do we want to increase your salary?

We would like to protect the lifestyles of Filipinos working at SEKAEL by raising their salaries to the average of the Japanese. We would like to help poor children or students in the Philippines, but if we don't care about our employees’ lifestyle, we believe it will never reach our goal. Also, we would like to work with you for a long time, so if you want to come to Japan or want to work in Japan in the future, we buy the round airplane ticket to come to Japan and give you the place to stay in Japan for a week or a month after you work with us for 36 months. At that time, if you want to work in Japan, and if you don't get money as same as Japanese standard workers, you won't be able to work in Japan. Therefore, we make this salary system.
