In the past, I have been doing everything by myself… but I know it is now the time for my empire to grow and scale! I have a lot of ideas to execute and the first step for me is to find my gem - YOU, to be my Virtual Assistant Manager/Director!

Since you will be the first teammate to hire, therefore you have a massive space to nurture relationships with leads and clients, set appointments, design standard operating procedure (SOP) as well as marketing & sales systems, build up an awesome team culture and step up to become a leader in my company.

I have high expectations of this person because he/she is going to be my first arm to help me handle a lot of important sales and marketing operations so that I can focus on tasks/ work that generate revenue for the business.

I don’t manage my team but I lead them. My goal is to transform you into a leader, to turn you into a proactive marketer and help me connect with more audiences, nurture them, build relationships with them and eventually turn them into paying clients through setting appointments.

Do not ask me how much you are going to be paid because I am definitely going to pay you a fixed monthly salary, an amount that is better than the average salary that you can get in your country.

And what is best? As you are going to be part of my PIONEER team, to build Stef’s Empire, so you will receive a bonus if you help me to get sales. *This will only be implemented after you completed your trial period of 3 ---------- short, you are my GEM so I will treasure and groom you just like how I love my clients.

- Grow my audience and set appointments/ book calls
- Nurture relationships with potential clients (leads and community members)
- Reach out to new leads and connect with them
- Do market research with my prospects
- Continuously discover and implement the latest organic marketing strategies to improve the business
